The per person program fee includes eight nights’ lodging, all program meals, all program trips and tours, specially prepared instructional material, and more. Each room, whether single or double, has a private bathroom. Airfare is not included.

Deposit Information

• Single Room: $500 per person deposit holds a single room; the balance of $3095 is due by 3-27-09.
• Double Room: $1000 ($500 per person) deposit holds a double room; the balance of $6050 ($3025 per person) is due by 3-27-09
• If you choose to hold your spot(s) with a deposit, the balance of your program fee(s) is due by March 27, 2009.

Withdrawal: If you withdraw in writing on or before April 10, 2009, you will receive a full refund, minus a $250 per person administrative fee. In the event withdrawal is necessary after April 10, 2009, there will be no refund but you may substitute another person to attend the program in your place. To recover non-refundable costs if travel must be postponed on short notice, we strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance as soon as you register (to ensure maximum coverage benefits). Program Cancellation: The safety of the participants in this program is of paramount concern to the University of Notre Dame. In the event of the cancellation of this program by the University of Notre Dame for safety or security reasons the University will refund all payments made by the program registrant to the University of Notre Dame.

Because the University’s liability shall be limited to a refund of payment made to the University of Notre Dame, we strongly encourage all registrants to purchase travel insurance (see information on this website), that will cover non-refundable costs related to travel in event of program cancellation.
